The Winter Hardship Fund helps local people living within Portsmouth City Council boundaries to keep warm during the coldest months.
A grant to the Salvation Army Haven Community Centre enabled the purchase of top-up keys for gas and electricity metres, for those needing help with their heating. The centre was also able to provide sleeping bags and blankets to help homeless people who came to the centre needing support.
